I am an Italian freediver, I have been freediving competitively since 2005; after a long break from competing I started again in 2022 and 1 year later I won a silver medal at the CMAS Freediving World Championship. At present I’m the oldest woman competing at elite level and stepping on a podium of a Depth World Championship! I love to train (hard) and to write about my training journey and about my freediving adventures. This website was made to share my stories with you and inspire others to follow their dreams because I’m living proof that it’s never too late.
